Return Policy
At Blue Prism Automotive, we strive to provide high-quality used auto parts and engines. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for all mechanical and body parts.

Items must be in their original condition and must not have been installed, modified, or dismantled.

If a part is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Proof of installation may be requested for warranty claims or returns due to defects.

Electrical parts, fuel systems, and turbos are non-returnable unless received in a defective or damaged condition.
How to Request a Return

Contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of receiving the item at [your email/phone number] to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

DO NOT return an item before obtaining an RMA approval.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.

The item must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the RMA.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refund & Processing Time

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

A 25% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns, such as incorrect parts ordered by the customer.

Items that are damaged due to improper installation or modification will not be eligible for a refund.
Order Cancellations

Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.

If a customer chooses to cancel a shipped order, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items

Any part that has been installed, dismantled, modified, or taken apart for testing.

Electrical components, fuel systems, and turbos unless proven defective upon delivery.

Items returned without prior RMA approval.

Items received after the 14-day return window.

Shipping Damage or Incorrect Parts

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged or incorrect items.

Replacements will be sent as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.
Warranty Policy

All used engines and auto parts come with a limited warranty.

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must follow proper installation guidelines, including:

Installing a new thermostat and water pump.
-
Changing oil and filters before starting the engine.
-
Replacing the timing belt if applicable.
-
Flushing and checking the radiator for proper flow.
-
Changing or flushing fuel systems (if applicable).

Warranty claims require proof of installation within 7 days of delivery and proper maintenance records.
