OUR SHIPPING POLICY
At Blue Prism Automotive, we are committed to providing accurate and reliable shipping information for all our customers. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes:
Note: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (contiguous USA).

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (contiguous USA).

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: 7–10 business days.

Freight Shipping for Oversized Items (e.g., Engines and Transmissions):​

The freight carrier will schedule a delivery appointment. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.

Freight shipments require a loading dock or lift-gate service. Additional fees may apply if these are unavailable.

Shipping Charges:

Calculated based on the product’s size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Final costs are displayed during checkout.

Oversized or Freight Items: Additional shipping fees may apply and will be communicated before order confirmation.

Free shipping may be offered on select products, as indicated on the product page. This applies to standard delivery within the contiguous USA only.

Order Tracking : A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this to monitor the status and location of your shipment. If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items:

Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Delayed Shipments:

If your shipment is delayed, contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Lost Shipments:

Notify us of lost packages within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or provide a resolution.

International Shipping : At this time, Blue Prism Automotive only ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping.

Important Notes

Delivery Confirmation: All shipments require a signature upon delivery for high-value items, including engines and transmissions.

Weekend/Holiday Deliveries: Shipping carriers operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

Customer Responsibilities : Ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete during checkout. Blue Prism Automotive is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

For freight deliveries, customers must be available to accept the shipment during the scheduled delivery window.
RETURNS
How It Works
DISCLAIMER:
The part needs to be installed within 10 days from delivery. Engine installation Guidelines Install a New Thermostat and water Pump Change Oil and Filter Prior to Starting Replace the Timing Belt Flush and Check Radiator Flow Install New Oil Seals and Gaskets where Necessary (oil leaks are not covered under warranty) Keep Invoices for the Parts Purchased Retain all Service and Maintenance Records. Change Turbos as Needed ( Turbos are not covered under our warranty) Change/Flush Fuel Systems as Needed ( Fuel systems are not covered under our warranty). If the Fuel System has been contaminated from the old engine, then a full fuel system flush must be done! (Flush or Replace: Fuel Lines, Fuel Coolers, and Tank must be cleaned or replaced.
Return Policy: If in case, the part is damaged or defective, returns will be accepted within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery for mechanical parts and 7 calendar days for body parts. Parts ordered for testing or trial purposes will not be available for return. If the customer received the part and if it is damaged, or defective or if the shipping is delayed the customer has to contact Blue Prism Automotive before disputing the charges. Solid proof of installation within 7 Days of receiving the part must be stored by the customer for availing warranty/return/replacement/refund in case of receiving a damaged or defective part.
1) Once an order has been placed, processed, and shipped, and the purchaser chooses to cancel the order, in addition to the twenty-five percent (25%) handling and restocking fee, the purchaser will pay for all shipping charges.
2) Items modified or taken apart for testing will not be available for return.
3) Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded. Markings on the part uniquely identify parts.
4) Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (excluding items damaged in shipping and verified by a Blue Prism Automotive representative) will not be refunded.
5) If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part, please notify our customer service department. DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING An RMA. (Return Material Authorization).
6) Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer. Blue Prism Automotive must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is returned.
7) The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA.
8) The return address will be provided to the customer at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA.
9) Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
10) Items returned to Blue Prism Automotive will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer's expense.
11) Once the item is returned, we will gladly issue a full refund on the original purchase price or send a replacement part. Once the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval a credit request will be forwarded to accounting. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified and inspected.
12) Once a refund is confirmed and the returned part has been received, verified and inspected by Blue Prism Automotive, the same shall be refunded to customers original payment method within 15 working days of date of refund confirmation
13) In the event a part is returned that does not fit the specifications listed in our warranty policy, Blue Prism Automotive reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund.
14) Items returned after the warranty period will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Parts must be received within 14 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.

Our Policy
Please review our Warranty policy, Return & Exchange and Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order with Blue Prism Automotive. Place your order only if you agree and accept all our policy T&C set forth:
This warranty covers defective parts and items sent incorrectly. We offer a parts-only warranty.
1) Blue Prism Automotive provides a Standard 30 Days ‘Parts Replacement Only’ Warranty.
2) Extended warranty (30+60) can be availed as an additional purchase where applicable/available once confirmed by Blue Prism Automotive.
3) NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by Blue Prism Automotive.
4) If the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement cannot be sent, we will issue a refund for the total sale amount.
5) In the event a reorder is made before the return of the first part we will require payment for the second part and refund the initial order upon receipt of returned part..
6)Used engines are sold as "Long Blocks"(engine block and cylinder head). Optional parts and accessories may be included but are not covered under warranty. Things such as intake and exhaust manifolds, sensors, and other electrical components may look similar but may not always be correct. You must always use the correct parts for your vehicle even if it means transferring parts from your own engine. The components listed are covered: Engine Block Cylinder Heads Al Internal Lubricated Parts- Crankshaft, Camshaft, Pistons, Valves & Lifters. Engine Timing Components- Timing belts are NOT covered and should be replaced before installation.
7) Accessories such as but not limited to Turbos, Valve covers, Starters, air compressors, alternators, power steering pumps, optical distributors or electrical water pumps are usually not included nor under warranty regarding the sale and/or warranty of an engine. If these parts are purchased separately, they will be under warranty. Other items that may need to be replaced are the water pump, distributor cap, spark plugs and wires and possibly the timing chain. Blue Prism Automotive will not be held liable for these parts listed as they are considered high-wear parts.
8) Transmissions: We guarantee that it will shift properly, with gears to be good and bearings to be good. Thoroughly clean all components of the transmission including the oil pan before assembly. Replace the oil and filter in all automatic transmissions. You must replace ALL seals and gaskets before installation. Flush and flow test cooler and lines. Fully engage the torque converter in the front pump. For manual transmission, you must install a new clutch, pressure plate, and slave cylinder. You must also have your fly wheel turned before installation. Fill and check fluid to ensure proper levels
9) Instrument and Speedometer Clusters: We do not guarantee mileage. For particular vehicles such as but not limited to Lexus, Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Cadillac the customer will be required to take the cluster to a dealership to have the unit reprogrammed. Blue Prism Automotive will not return or refund any units until the customer can provide written documentation from an Authorized Dealer proving the part was reprogrammed and still not functioning properly.
10) Carburetors: We guarantee only the ability to be rebuilt.
11) Rotors are guaranteed to be machinable only since normal use can leave them slightly warped. They will be guaranteed against cracks or non-machinable surface damage.
12) Cylinder heads are guaranteed to not be warped or cracked. Rings and valves may need to be re-machined.
13) Orders of "Block Only" (Short or Long Block) are guaranteed to be rebuildable only.
14) Electrical items such as engine computers and body control modules, transmission modules, transfer case modules are only guaranteed to have the correct manufacturer part number and are not sold for testing purposes. All electrical items have a replacement warranty only. Up to one replacement will be sent in order to rectify a non-working module. Modules may need to be reset by the dealer. In the event this is required the part cannot be returned until verified by the dealer that the part has been reset properly. Electrical parts that have been modified in any way will not be refunded.
15) Struts are sold with working condition warranty only. We do not guarantee to actual ride quality of the shocks or springs. We do guarantee that the springs and strut tower will be in working condition. However, shocks may need to be replaced to improve ride quality.
16) Control arms are guaranteed to be true and straight. Any rubber bushings or non-metal parts attached to control arms are not guaranteed.
17) Bushings and Ball Joints are not guaranteed on parts
18) Seals in turbos are not guaranteed to be perfect. These seals may need replacing during the warranty period.
19) Doors are complete assemblies however they are not guaranteed to come with such accessories as windows, window regulators, handles, hinges, or interior panels. We only guarantee the door shell.
20) Other body parts such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, and header panels are not guaranteed to come with hinges, hood ornaments, latches, trim, headlights, or grilles.
21) Specific colors may be requested for body parts, but a color match is not guaranteed. We recommend that body parts be repainted to match your vehicle. Body parts that do not match the color of your vehicle will not be available for return for that reason.
